Reply Origins/Foundations of All Martial Arts

Greetings to all, I am STRUGGLE. I was introduced to the concept of Afrikan (not african=arabian root meaning to divide and break into little pieces) Martial Arts in 1992 by the grace of Ngunga To-Loo Naa at the Maat center. This Grandmaster Brother was known in the Martial Arts world as the Chicago Tiger for his strength and intense power he possessed. Ngunga To-Loo Naa was often disqualified for striking too hard in full contact competition due to his unrelenting internal power. Meeting this elder came by a friend named Danny Crout whose uncle Junior was a Master of internal arts and studied the Martial Arts as well. Danny took me to the Maat center to meet Ngunga To-Loo Naa. This was the answer that I was seeking. It opened me up to a new world of self realization that felt real and familiar. Unfortunately the Maat center closed abruptly after I entered and it was not until 1994 when I relocated to Atlanta, Ga. that I found "Home" again. I was reacquainted with "my self" again by way of Mfundishi Kijuana Vita. Mfundishi Vita was the librarian for the original school of Kupigani Ngumi back in the 60's-70's. He is an astounding Master of various Martial Art forms (open hand, long-short fists forms, various weapons, acrobatics Healings Arts and Spiritual Health). His record speaks for itself, he founded the First Black Circus (performed with family and students around the world in half time shows, etc.), Mfundishi Vita holds many titles in the Martial Arts world as well. Many so called Martial Artists would come to our school to train and could not cope with the intensity or duration of "real training" (internal-Chi/prana/ying energy +external-yang energy=real training). Training in the wholistic realm of Martial Arts involves Diet (DI = two, + ET = ettiquettes), Spiritual evolution (Mfundishi=Spiritual and Healing Master) and Self Discipline (control of ones energies and direction of ones evolutionary Spiritual Pa'ut Neteru/Tree of Life +/-). All are encompassing of one another. You cannot have life without sustenance or food, no food without soil and no soil without water for errosion and no water without gas (Hydrogen and Oxygen) and gas is the essence of "Shu" or Air that we breathe. I say all of this for the unlearned, ignorant and arrogant that wish to dispute truth. Every thing goes back to BLACK. When you are created you are created in a BLACK womb, no light just pure BLACKNESS. No matter the hue of your skin the womb is absent of all external light. When you die you return back to the BLACK ashe and dust that Man was formed from on the banks of the Nile in Ethiopia. Also, the essence of all on Earth is Carbon. Carbon is a BLACK substance in natural form. Modern day science has admitted that "Lucy" the little first mother was from and found in Afrika. The mother of all Man and mankind (not original but a kind of man, man like). If one would take the time to research the My-storys and His-storys of the Martial Arts world one would openly see that its foundations were and are of Afrikan descent. The center of all Asian Martial Arts is the Sholin Temple system. Whether it be Southern or Northern it is the origin of Asian Martial Arts. The Sholin system of Martial arts was founded and refined by an Afrikan Kushite Monk from Western Ethiopia (Indus Kush/India) named Daowou, also known as the Bodi Dama. This Brother knew that the Asians were weak bodied individuals and needed training to build up their internal systems so that their external bodies would become more stong and healthy. He humbly set out on a journey to China walking from Indus Kush to China only eating 1 bean a day. When he arrived he trained the Asians in wholistic practices which became known as Tai-Chi systems(Tai-Chi, Qing Yi, Bog-wai). The essence of these systems can be found on various Kemetic (Egyptian=Burnt Faces from the Greek origin) walls in the Medu Neter (Language of Nature) or Hieroglyphs for the French lovers. The Bodi Dama was such a humble and sincere Brother that he wanted to aide the weaken people so he went into the cave where the Asian populace used as a lavatory(toilet) and sat on a stone for seven years there meditating and when he exited the cave he had the answers to the unanswered problems these people were facing. He went on to teach the Monks and that is the founding of the Sholin Temple. There is a room in the Sholin Temple today that holds this stone with the Bodi Damas impression in it and it is called the "Image Stone". And within this room the walls are covered with paintings of a jet BLACK BROTHER teaching the Monks their now system of Martial Arts. Rent the movie with english subtitles called The Tai-Chi master and in the introduction there is a documentary that showcases this history just as I described. My reasoning for this lengthy reply was based on the arrogance and extreme anger that I perceived from reading all of the postings beforehand. Also this should clear up the myths of Kupigani Ngumi, Kali, Capoeira, or any other Afrikan Martial Arts forms being suspect in origin or having some Asian foundation. How can you steal what you shared with someone to enhance their wellbeing in the first place? You can't because you still possess it as well, Sharing the Blessing.
