Greetings, I have so many things to say that I don't have time for it all today. You see, I am an Asian and while growing up in the west (my family eventually moved back to our homeland) I never liked my ethnic background. It's not that I got beaten up or anything (although I did get called racist names a few times) it's just that I felt like I wasn't as good as other races. I wanted to be white, black, Mexican, anything else. It took a long time for me to snap out of this depression. I've always been interested in martial arts so I found this forum by accident and started reading about North American martial arts. I was disappointed to find that they only ended up with Adrian Roman, a well-intentioned guy who based his Tushkahoma on fake kenpo. I then looked up African martial arts but the topic of Africans in Asia left me feeling dirty. I address this to Mfundishi, Akin and any other supporters of Kylindi Iyi. You'll have to tune in next time for what I have to say (that is, if anyone decides to come back to this forum).
